In the workplace these days, often we can feel overwhelmed by what we think we need to do to be successful. It’s true that having strategic goals give us confidence that we will get to the right place in the future. But, what about the now? What about today and tomorrow and next week? Very often, on a daily basis we have to deal with a flood of emails, texts, messages, posts, blogs etc. along with all of our self-generated to-do lists and tasks.

How does one make sense of all of this? In this session Youssef Mourra shared the Top 10 Tips and Tricks to help manage priorities and productivity. Participants would develop a daily approach that would help them make huge strides on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to achieving their vision and strategy.
