We have decades of experience with the Microsoft suite of project tools including Project Online since its initial release in 2013. We have completed hundreds of implementations and have taken that experience and created a series of pre-configured Project Online solutions we call RAPID.

Just as there are different types of projects each with their own unique challenges, we have developed a suite of options for organisations adopting the Project Online toolset. These have been developed so you can rapidly get visibility and control of your entire portfolio of projects.

You will get a preconfigured implementation with the typical best-practice features, processes, and reports, along with the expert training and support you will need for a fixed cost. You can have this implementation in a ‘PRINCE2 Ready’ configuration or our own ‘PPM Ready’ configuration. This is a proven low risk and highly effective approach for a proven toolset.

If you are keen to apply some common project management standards, promote collaboration within your project teams and would like to provide portfolio level reporting to key stakeholders including your leadership team, then this is the option for you.

  • You can choose between our ‘PRINCE2 Ready’ configuration or our standard ‘PPM Ready’ right practice configurations. This includes preconfigured registers (for risks, issues, etc), preconfigured phase and stage workflows, preconfigured RAG indicators for schedule tolerances/ costs/ risk/ quality/ overall status and preconfigured project centre views. RAPID: Benefits


Perfect for

  • organisations who have invested in either one of our Rapid offerings (above) or who have a mature implementation of Project Online in current use. This offering is ideal for organisations who wish to adopt Benefits Management where the focus is not just on delivering projects with outputs but also on delivering the outcomes and the associated return on the investment, the benefits, whether financial or non-financial. This offering will implement a standard Benefits Management approach where benefits are identified, quantified, tracked and then realised.
