Qualification Courses
Our qualification courses are delivered by Youssef (Youie) Moura and Paul Sutton. Youie and Paul are Registered Trainers in PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP, MoP and P3O. In addition, Youie is a Registered Trainer for MoR and MoV and Paul for Managing Benefits, Change Management, Agile PM and Better Business Cases.
Foundation & Practitioner
The majority of our qualification training provides Foundation and Practitioner level certifications. Foundation teaches the curriculum and participants gain a recognised, permanent qualification. Following completion of this training, participants also have the option of progressing on to complete their Practitioner level at any time and through any registered provider. Practitioner is the qualification organisations seek in professionals working in a relevant area, and in those involved in the organisational process.
Prerequisites
No prerequisite is required for Foundation, but any prior experience or knowledge of the area being covered is a definite advantage. Foundation certification is generally a prerequisite for Practitioner.
