Nonsuch Consulting PPM Server Project Programme Portfolio P3M P3O Microsoft Benefits Change Strategy Management NZ

Nonsuch has a wide and varied training curriculum that has been delivered in many organisations around the world. Youssef and Heather are a very experienced and well regarded training team who have created and delivered many levels and types of project, programme and portfolio management and associated toolset training. Their specialty is to support any consulting engagement with the right level and amount of training.

We would encourage your organisation to consider an alternative approach to the accreditation of your project, programme and portfolio staff. This involves training your staff in the customised versions of your adopted preferred Frameworks and then providing certification related to the appropriate framework. So, instead of sending your staff off to get external project management certifications, they are trained by Nonsuch in the new customised frameworks and then get internal certification to be members of or to lead projects and programmes in your organisation.

This could also assist your organisation in inducting new members of the project delivery environment both permanent and contractors. Nonsuch have all the courses, exams and maturity pathways to support this infrastructure.

For the more generic and common Project, Programme and Portfolio topics, the ‘ready to go’ courses are outlined below:

Please note that the variation in ‘Duration’ refers to two different offerings for each course, longer courses will include a full case study, whereas shorter courses tend to be based more on knowledge transfer
